Company Background
The inception of Nia-Con Limited began in 2004 by Gareth Rankin; the name Nia-Con was taken from Gareth’s children, Niamh and Conor, and within a year of trading, Steve Bateman joined Gareth, so now the company offered both domestic and commercial plumbing and heating.
Five years on, Nia-Con Limited spread its wings even more when Paul Mawson joined the team, which extended Nia-Con Limited’s capabilities into the HVACR sector. Over the years, Nia-Con Limited grew with the young employees who were taken on board and put through an apprenticeship and became good engineers who supported the team.
Meet the Team
Paul Mawson
Paul has been in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trade for 40 years, he joined Nia-Con Limited in August 2008 and never looked back.
Gareth Rankin
Nia-Con Limited was the brainchild of Gareth in 2004 and he too has 40 years within the industry of commercial heating and plumbing.
Steve Bateman
Steve is the youngest in the team of three directors, Steve has also been in the business of domestic heating and plumbing for almost 40 years.
All three directors are keeping boots on the ground in supporting the business and between them, they have a joint experience of 120 years.

Many of our clients have become friends with contracts been kept in place for 15 years plus, Nia-Con Limited carries its fair share of blue-chip companies, unfortunately, due to their company policies we cannot use their names. But no matter the size, we treat each client with the same positive and friendly attitude and offer a solution to meet the specific needs.
